Marc joined ECHO SA in 2016. He serves as Deputy Director with our tax and legal services department.
Marc holds a Master’s Degree in Law, an Attorney License (Geneva Bar), a Master in International Taxation, and a Trust Foundation Certificate (STEP, Geneva). He has over 18 years experience advising Swiss and foreign clients in legal, corporate and tax planning matters.
Prior to joining ECHO, he practiced as an attorney in Geneva and Brussels, before Swiss courts and before the European Court of Justice. After that, Marc served with the trust division of a Swiss bank in Geneva, and then worked for a global fiduciary company in Zurich; there, he assisted foreign high net worth individuals and corporations on how to structure, protect or relocate their wealth and business operations through Switzerland and internationally.
His current tax practice includes real estate transactions, domestic or international reorganizations, and private client structures.
After 20 years of professional experience in auditing and consulting acquired in the "Big Four", Clémentine joined ECHO SA in 2016 as Director of the "auditing" department.
Certified audit expert and holder of two masters: one in finance and accounting, the other in management, she led the audits of Swiss listed and private companies according to Swiss and international standards, and has a wealth of experience in internal control, organisation and governance.
Clémentine has also led projects in corporate social responsibility, volunteering with people with disabilities and environmental projects.
As a Fiduciary with Swiss examination, Michel has more than 30 years of experience in accounting and auditing, acquired both in international and local companies.
Before joining ECHO SA, 18 years ago, Michel took on the role of administrative and financial manager for 6 years in a major building company. He naturally became Director, responsible for the accounting and assistance to SMEs department, in 2013.
Throughout his career, Michel has also had the opportunity to initiate and pilot various organisational and/or IT projects.
Claude has more than 19 years experience in accounting and finance with Swiss and international companies.
She holds a Certified specialist in finance and controlling and Swiss certified specialist for finance and accounting. She has strong knowledge in drawing up monthly reporting, preparation of budgets, setup accounting and payroll software, management and administration of salary and social insurances, preparation of tax returns such as VAT, income tax and professional tax and project management.
In 2017, Claude joined ECHO SA and is deputy director in the accounting and assistance to SMEs department.
A Bern-based lawyer (Berner Fürsprecher), a qualified tax expert and holder of a post-graduate degree in Germany (LL.M. - Master's degree in research), François first practiced at the Geneva Bar, before taking up the post of Director of the Geneva branch of Société fiduciaire suisse (SFS / STG) and then ECHO SA, of which he is a partner.
François's preferred fields are tax consulting for entrepreneurs, companies and groups of companies, both Swiss and international; corporate restructuring; tax planning for business development in Switzerland and abroad; as well as private client consulting.
